Monthly Community Jam!

The Birthplace of Country Music Museum is now hosting a monthly gathering of local musicians for a full-on community jam session! These free jams are open to all ages and all skill levels; those interested in just coming along to listen to good music are also welcome!

The Birthplace of Country Music proudly presents another exciting RTE 23 Listening Room concert experience in Wise, Virginia with Hello October!

Museum Volunteer Training

Museum volunteers are needed to assist in the galleries on a daily basis, help in archives and collections, provide curatorial research and exhibit assistance, support special events and exhibit programming, assist in The Museum Store, and act as docents for guided adult and school tours.
