On Friday, March 4, WBCM’s “On the Sunny Side” program will be celebrating the recent release of the CD and book, “Blind Alfred Reed: Appalachian Visionary.” Ted Olson, author of the liner notes, and Denny Reed, Blind Alfred Reed’s grandson, will be discussing Reed’s musical legacy with Kris Truelsen on the show. You can hear them on air at 10am on 100.1 FM, online via our website, or through the WBCM app.
At 11am, Olson and Reed will be signing the CD in the museum; copies are available for purchase at The Museum Store.
