Time to ‘do si do!’ You’re invited to a square dance at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum!

Back by popular demand – Square Dancing at the Birthplace of Country Music Museum! Join us for an evening of old-fashioned square dancing with caller Tyler Hughes, who will lead the evening with live music to get your feet moving. No partner or experience necessary – just a desire to have a great night out!
This square dance is free and open to the public, though donations will be greatly appreciated!

If you would like to have a red carnation corsage or boutonnière for your dance partner (or to treat yourself or a friend!) to make the evening extra festive, Pen’s Floral is offering a special just for our February 15th square dance attendees! Go by Pen’s Floral at 32 Moore Street, Bristol, VA (across the street from the museum) or call them on 276-644-4600 to order your floral flourish, letting them know that you’ll be do-si-doing with us – corsages are $15.00 and boutonnières are $8.00 (+tax). You must get your order in to Pen’s by Friday, February 7 due to the busy Valentine’s holiday, and the flowers will then be at the museum ready for pick-up before the dance on Saturday, February 15.
* The square dance will be held in the museum’s Special Exhibits Gallery, and we ask participants to wear sturdy, comfortable shoes (no heels please!) to protect the wooden floor.
