Join us on Saturday, October 30, 10:00am-6:00pm for the museum’s Community Day when we will be offering free admission all day long. Visitors can explore the museum’s permanent exhibits, check out The Way We Worked, the new special exhibit from the Smithsonian, and take home some fun family-friendly goodies including a banjo craft kit and coloring/activity sheets. The museum will also be playing spooky storyteller tales on loop in the Performance Theater throughout the day.
