Vendor Opportunities at the Festival
Our desire at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion is to offer a diverse and quality assortment of food, craft, and retail options for our festival-goers. As vendors, small food and craft businesses have the potential to serve more than 40,000 people over the course of the three-day weekend. Vendor applicants are selected by jury, and those who offer unique items that add color and flavor to our vibrant downtown and represent our region’s cultural heritage are given preference. Vendor applications will be online January 1 and close March 31 of each year. Vendors will be notified no later than June 1 of their acceptance status.
From fancy food trucks to hot dog stands, Bristol Rhythm vendors provide a wide range of festival food options to please any palette and leave visitors wanting more. We are always seeking diverse, mouthwatering menus, including vegan and vegetarian fare. Food vendor spaces at the event are 10’ x 20’.
From stained glass and visual artwork to musical instruments and clothing, craft/retail vendors at Bristol Rhythm are chosen for their quality and uniqueness. Handmade artisan items are preferred, especially those crafted in the region. Craft vendor spaces are 10’ x 10’.
Our free Children’s Day activities take place at Anderson Park one block from the festival footprint, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the event. Food vendors have the option of working the festival, Children’s Day or both. A 10 x 20’ space is provided, but space is limited.
Though vendors who make handmade craft and artwork are preferred at the festival, commercial products are sometimes accepted if they complement the festival and the region in some way. For more information email firstname.lastname@example.org
