Committed to Meeting Your Needs
Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion is committed to meeting the needs of our visitors with disabilities. In our quest to continually improve accessibility, we ask that you contact us with your comments, questions, and suggestions at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you!
ADA parking is made possible by our friends at the Disabled Veterans of America (DVA) and Regions Bank. ADA parking is free, but donations to the DVA are appreciated upon arrival.
ADA parking site is located at Regions Bank (corner of Volunteer Parkway and Shelby Street on the Tennessee side). Enter from Shelby Street. Once your state-issued auto identification is verified, you will be instructed where to park. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Shuttles to festival gates are provided from the ADA parking lot.
Service animals are welcome at Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion and are covered under ADA laws. Please note that pets and emotional support animals are not permitted.
Getting In and Around
Scooters, wheelchairs, power chairs, and other mobility devices are only permitted for use by those with mobility disabilities. All entrance points into the festival are handicap friendly and wheelchair accessible.
On the festival map you will find locations for portable restroom facilities set up in multiple locations around the event site. At each portable restroom location you will find ADA accessible Port-O-Lets. Indoor venues also have accessible restrooms.
Wheelchair and Companion Viewing Areas
Bristol Rhythm provides reserved viewing areas for patrons with mobility challenges and one companion during the festival. A roped off area near or alongside each of the eight outdoor stages is reserved for fans with wheelchairs and their companion.
Several accessible ATMs are located throughout the festival footprint.
