HEALTH & SAFETY

What new health and safety protocols are in place for this year’s Festival?

A

The safety, health and wellbeing of our festival attendees, artists, staff, volunteers, vendors, and sponsors has always been the focus of our organization, and we are committed to providing the safest event possible.

Festival officials are working closely with the State of Tennessee, State of Virginia, Sullivan County Department of Health, Mount Rogers Health District, and both the City of Bristol, Tennessee and the City of Bristol, Virginia to create our COVID Procedures.

We plan to roll out our COVID Procedures and Plan  this summer on our website.  Stay tuned for more information.

BAND / BOOKING

Q

How can my band get booked for the festival?

A

Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion no longer accepts unsolicited artist submissions. We appreciate your interest in wanting to participate in our festival, but due to the sheer volume of submissions we receive, we do not have the resources to give each submission its due diligence. We have an active Music Committee that is always exploring and researching.  If they are interested in discussing an offer with you or your band, they will reach out to you. Thank you for your understanding.

ARTISTS

Q

Will artists who were scheduled to play in 2020 be playing in 2021?

A

The Festival will make the best practical effort to move 2020 artists to next year’s event.

Q

I am an artist scheduled to play the Festival, what should I do if I have questions?

A

Please have your booking agent or band representative email the festival booking agent, Micah Davidson (micah@midwoodentertainment.com).
