New date, same family-fun event!
Join us for the Birthplace of Country Music’s Children’s Day presented by Brightspeed on Saturday, April 25, from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Previously held during Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion, Children’s Day has moved to April! Children’s Day is free and open to the community, featuring fun crafts, games, a foam pit and activities provided by local nonprofits, organizations, and businesses. Additional activities include free admission to the Birthplace of Country Music Museum including Banjo Bingo throughout the day, a variety of food trucks, and local youth performances on the Cumberland Park stage.

Location: Cumberland Square Park
Hours: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Children’s Day will not occur during Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion this year. Be sure to visit the Kid’s Zone during the festival weekend, September 11-13, 2026. Kids aged 12 and under receive free festival admission with a ticketed parent or guardian.

Non-Profit Organization Registration
If you are a non-profit organization that would like to register for Children’s Day, please fill out the form below. Each non-profit/agency can register up to four volunteers and all participating organizations must have a game, activity, or craft for children to actively participate in.
